Thanks to its two embedded Ethernet switch ports, the ioLogik E1200H remote Ethernet I/O allows you to create daisy-chain topologies for easy cabling. In distributed Ethernet data acquisition applications, panels, units, and cabinets are often located at remote sites where space is limited. The daisy-chain capability of the ioLogik E1200H series allows ioLogik E1200H units to connect in series either to each other or to other nearby Ethernet devices, drastically saving on both space and wiring costs.

Functional safety

The hardware and software of the new generation of Time-of-Flight instrumentation is developed according to- IEC61508 and can be used up to SIL3 in homogeneous redundancy. The proof test can easily be started by an optional operating tool or directly from the control room. The communication in between the setup tooling via DTM and the device is permanently monitored.

The innovative and intelligent HistoROM data management concept stores the parameters of an instrument during commissioning. If similar measuring points are commissioned, the display serves as a data carrier like a USB stick.

Multi-Echo Tracking analysis of echo signals

Endress+Hauser has developed an even more intelligent and reliable echo signal evaluation by the echo signal curve – Multi-Echo Tracking. If obstacles, e.g. heating coils, protrude into the signal path these interfering signals must be suppressed, so that they are not analyzed. The problem of the traditional evaluation is that level signals below the suppression cannot be analyzed and thus can cause signal losses. Innovative Multi-Echo Tracking offers the solution. All of the echo signals are marked and traced, not only the level signal. This guarantees safe and precise measurement!

Now available on Palmer All-Star series BiMetal thermometers, 316 hermetically sealed case, fitting, and stem options are designed with deepwater drilling and off-shore oil rigs in mind. Models that include the 316SS case, fitting, and stem option are IP67 rated - dust tight and water tight up to 1 meter. Fahrenheit ranges from -100°F up to 1000°F and Celsius ranges from -50°C up to 500°C are available, with over-range protection of up to 50% of range and accuracy within 1% of full scale. Available with All Angle, Fixed Back Connected and Adjustable All Angle or Fixed Back connections have 7/8" Hex with 1/2" NPT Thread standard fitting.
